/apis/v1/mini-game-logs/update-wheel-info

Update spins and/or streaks for a user by email on a specific game.

Notes:
If spin is present = spin_op must be present.
If streak is present = spin_op must be present.
Spin and streak is either or, both is not required in a call
Operators allowed: overwrite, add or subtract.
